We currently are in-network with Aetna, HealthPartners, Cigna, Evernorth, and Blue Cross Blue Shield. If you are covered by one of these insurance providers, we can bill your insurance directly. Please contact us to confirm your coverage and begin therapy.
Please note: If you have a high-deductible insurance plan, and you do not have any additional/separate specific mental healthcare benefits, you will likely be responsible to pay 100% of the service fee until your deductible is met. However, please note that HSA and FSA funds can be used to pay for our services, and if you are in-network, those charges will apply toward your deductible.
FOR OUT-OF-NETWORK CLIENTS
We know navigating the world of insurance can be confusing, particularly for clients utilizing out-of-network benefits. We’ve partnered with Mentaya to streamline and bring transparency to the billing process. Many of our clients manage to get 50-80% of therapy costs reimbursed through their insurance, especially with PPO plans.

After out-of-network clients schedule their first session with us, we will provide instructions for signing up for reimbursement through Mentaya. After you sign up, we will enter/submit your sessions into the platform for you. Mentaya will then process the claim and handle any insurance follow-up necessary to ensure you receive any applicable reimbursement.
Please note that Mentaya does charge a 5% fee per claim. That 5% fee includes any required paperwork handling, dealing with denials, and calling/communicating with insurance companies on your behalf. Mentaya is a risk-free service. Meaning, they guarantee claims are successfully submitted, or else they issue a full refund of their fees.
