Mission

To be a go-to resource and the mental health provider of choice in the Twin-Cities area for men’s mental health care.

Values

We value professionalism and clinical depth every step of the way and maintain a posture of respect for the work at hand. Whether with clients or team members, we uphold high expectations around ethical practices and conduct ourselves with integrity.

Job description and scope of practice

Job description

We are hiring licensed and pre-licensed therapists. Candidates must either hold an independent license in Minnesota (LPCC, LMFT, or LICSW) or be actively working toward licensure. While experience in trauma-informed care, men’s mental health, addiction and recovery, and couples counseling work is strongly preferred, it is not required. If you have unique experience or specialization in any mental health category, we are interested in speaking with you.

The ideal candidate will align with our clinical standards. We believe effective therapy requires clinical authority and strong professional boundaries, and we are seeking clinicians who share our attitude. Our clients seek expert care during high-stakes moments, and we take that responsibility seriously. One of the ways we uphold professionalism is by not taking an overly casual or familiar approach.

Credentials

  • Required: Master’s degree in a related field (Psychology, counseling, social work, etc.)
  • Preferred: At least two years of professional industry experience

Licensure

  • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
  • Pre-licensed Therapists (LMFT, LICSW, LPCC)

For both full and part-time employees, we are pleased to offer the following benefits:

Clinical support

  • Supervision by licensed professionals
  • Weekly clinical consultation opportunities for all employees
  • Competitive annual training stipends for CEUs
  • Supportive office environment with an attitude of mentorship
  • Full billing and administrative support provided
  • EHR access
  • Marketing, credentialing, and insurance

Benefits and compensation

  • W2 employment with steady referrals (for both full and part-time)
  • Clinical autonomy backed by a supportive environment
  • Flexible work schedule
  • Virtual, hybrid, and in-person flexibility
  • Paid advanced training in EMDR, EFT, and RLT
  • Strong work/life balance
  • Supervision and expert mentorship opportunities
  • Well-maintained, modern office in prime location
  • Respectful, amicable work environment

A closer look

We are honored to walk with our clients through some of the darkest times, and we never cease to be amazed by the innate courage and resilience our clients embody.

Our team environment is grounded in respect for our shared professional purpose, and while we strive to provide a pathway for independent clinical work, collaboration and mentorship are central to our culture.
