How we serve
Our approach to therapy
We’re not here to provide short-term band-aids. As a clinic, we believe the psychotherapeutic process accomplishes its best work when we find the origin of the issue. Our collaborative mission is to find the why behind the what. This approach is rooted in exploring the subconscious motivation behind the presenting symptoms and behaviors until we find the source. We strive to find the root cause and stop the bleeding, so you can overcome the obstacle and move toward healing and freedom.
Some of our primary modalities and techniques include:
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
- Motivational Interviewing
- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR)
- Trauma-informed psychotherapy
- Attachment-based therapy
- Polyvagal-informed techniques
- Internal Family Systems (IFS)
- Psychodynamic Therapy
- Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)
- Humanistic / person-centered therapy
Please note: While we are not a faith-based clinic, some of our therapists can provide faith-based psychotherapy upon request.
