Kara Goldmann, PsyD, LP
Get Unstuck. Real Therapy for Real Change.
People often seek therapy during periods of significant stress and when they are feeling overwhelmed, discouraged, or uncertain about next steps.
Therapy focuses on increasing self-understanding, strengthening emotional flexibility, and identifying realistic ways to reduce distress and improve day-to-day functioning.
Kara offers a supportive and thoughtful therapeutic space for adults who are trying to make sense of what they’re experiencing and determine how to move forward.
Kara’s work focuses on helping clients better understand their emotional worlds, recognize long-standing patterns, and develop more effective ways of coping and relating.
Her approach is warm and relational, grounded in psychological knowledge, and balanced with practical strategies that support real-life change.
She works with clients across Minnesota through telehealth.
